The annual Finance EGM will be actually be transacted on the 5th December 2013 @ 18.00 in the Torrens Suite at The Royal Malta Golf Club. In order to comply with our Constitution (which dictates that the said meeting must be held in November), a meeting will be held on Thursday 28th November 2013. This meeting will be formally opened and adjourned until a week later at the same venue at the same time. This is being done as both the RMGC Chairman and RMGC Club Captain will unfortunately and unavoidably be away for the 28th. There is no need for members to attend on the 28th. We would urge you therefore please to attend on the 5th December @ 18.00.
Next week the RMGC’s Board will be sending out a detailed newsletter with a great deal of financial information relating to the club’s finances and the forthcoming budget.
