Alliance Captain League # 1

The postponed round one of the Alliance Captains League took place this weekend.

Fridays strong breeze was upgraded to frisky on Saturday and scoring around the new layout remains demanding.

In 3rd place, losing on count-back, was big hitting Fredrik Johansson (39), pipped by Stephen Boyle for second.

In 1st, and enjoying a return to form, with a Gross 66, and 40 points was Aleks (aka ‘The Hulk’) Vagimov. Aleks is now a seasoned player, a Rest team regular and he is enjoying an excellent start to the season. He pockets 25 OOM points.

13 twos in total. Too many to mention.

Our thanks to past Captain JJ for his presence at the presentation and to Alliance Malta – Real Estate People for their support. I’m pretty sure that twelve months ago we were both taller than Mr. Vagimov !!

The Teams – Victor Denaro takes an early 2 point lead from a 4 way tie for second. Charts attached.
