The Royal Malta Golf Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Bounce Catering as our new hospitality partner, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter in the Club’s storied history. The contract was officially signed on Wednesday, 23 April in the presence of Chairman Paul Stoner, Vice Chairman Victor Satariano, General Manager Martin Duff, and representatives from Bounce Catering.
After many dedicated years of service, Saffron will conclude their catering operations at the Club on June 1st. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire Saffron team for their professionalism, passion, and unwavering commitment. Their contribution has played a key role in shaping the Club’s dining experience, and we are truly grateful for their support and service.
To ensure a smooth transition, Saffron will continue operating from the downstairs facility until June 1st, while Bounce Catering will begin service upstairs starting June 2nd. This dual arrangement will ensure that members continue to enjoy uninterrupted hospitality throughout the transition period.

Beginning May 7th, Bounce Catering’s management team will be regularly present at the Club to meet members, listen to feedback, and begin integrating into the Club community.
Operations in Year 1 will mirror the structure and standards set by Saffron, ensuring continuity and comfort for our members. From Year 2, Bounce Catering will begin introducing new ideas and enhancements, bringing their signature energy and culinary creativity to the Club.
