Perfect weather, but scoring remained incredibly demanding.
Stats;
– two sub par rounds on Day1.
– four sub par rounds on Day2 led by Victor Denaro (65).
However……a new course record over the new layout. A 64 surpassing Ruud Critien’s 65, from your Club Champion, Noah GRATIL, including 5 birdies.
In the competition, Andrew Naudi was edged out of 3rd place by Steve Patterson on a better back 18 (139).
That old warhorse Ingo Sausmekat 🇩🇪 held it together on Day2 to take second by some distance (136) and a Takomo voucher.
But he was a moon orbiting a distant planet in the Club Champion who secured back to back majors and is now on track for his own Grand Slam. 62,67 suggested he was playing a different course. 50 OOM points also.
