Dress Code

We kindly ask you to observe the RMGC dress code applicable to both the Clubhouse facilities as well as on the golf course which have been listed below.

In the Clubhouse

In order that all members, guests and visitors may fully enjoy the facilities offered by the RMGC the following dress code should be observed in the Alex Mangion and Torrens Rooms as well as in all bar/dining areas including the upstairs terrace.
Members, guests, visitors and staff are expected to wear clean, neat and appropriate attire when on the club premises. Whilst the wearing of smart jeans (no rips) and tee shirts is permitted in the clubhouse, members are expected to exercise common sense in maintaining a good standard of dress. However, beach clothing including shorts and tops, sleeveless vests, football shorts and tops and tracksuits may not be worn anywhere in the clubhouse. Footwear that has been worn on the Golf Course may not be worn in Putters Inn or Members Lounge. Golf Clubs and/or Sports Bags must not be taken into the bar/dining area and should be left in changing rooms or on the shelves provided in the locker room.

Smart casual dress is required for all social occasions unless specified otherwise in promotional material.
Headwear must not be worn in any bar/dining areas, the Alex Mangion Members Lounge Room or the Torrens Suite (religious headwear accepted). If on the upstairs terrace and not under cover, headwear may be worn.
