Works on the changing of the grass cultivar has begun on the small putting green adjacent to the 3rd tee. The works will involve stripping the incumbent TifEagle Bermuda grass, eradicating the remnants, and then the seeding and growing in of 007 creeping bent grass. The transformation will be the 13th newly constructed USGA green to be laid to bent grass. Works will take several weeks and the green should be back in play some time in the summer. In the meantime, both the large putting green (adjacent to the 7th green) and the range putting green are of course fully open.
